Everything in our store is made to order, due to this we are not able to offer exchanges, returns and refunds but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective or a name is spelt incorrectly, we cannot accept returns. If your item has arrived faulty or damaged please contact us at contact us at hello@zoopeez.com stating your order number and a description of your concern.
We understand that circumstances may arise where customers may need to cancel their order after illustrations or portraits have been drawn but before the final product is dispatched. In such cases, a refund can be processed; however, a nominal fee of $12 AUD will be retained for the artistic work that has been completed up to that point. This fee covers the time and effort invested by our talented artists in creating a unique and personalised piece for you. Please note that once the order has been dispatched, the standard refund policy will apply, and no refunds can be issued for completed and delivered products.
